Saturday, July 17th from 4pm to 7pm
KaCee’s Wine & Spirits Yappy Hour
13640 Orchard Parkway
Close to I-25 and 136th Avenue
Westminster, CO 80023
KaCee's is hosting an outside fun-filled event to coincide with their twice weekly wine tasting. They will have dog/summer themed wines and beers available, along with munchies for people and dogs. Labs will love this extra delight - large tubs of water for drinking, but we all know they'll be laying in them. Think of the fun!
We will have our foster dogs at our booth and volunteers there to answer questions. If you are approved to adopt and circumstances permit, you may be able to take your new family member home with you that day. We do ask that all household members, and especially your dogs (if you have any), are there to meet the available foster dogs.
We look forward to meeting you!

Wine Tasting Fundraiser
Please join Rocky Mountain Lab Rescue, when they partner with Front Range German Shepherd Rescue, for a wine tasting fundraiser.
We suggest a donation of $20 per person and all proceeds go directly to the dogs. You can reserve your spot by clicking on the Paypal link above. We can also accept donations the evening of the tasting. A portion of your ticket ($15) is tax-deductible and it all goes to a great cause!
The Empty Bottle specializes in eclectic and smaller produced wines that are of exceptional value. They are determined to provide a non-pretentious atmosphere for customers who love to drink wine, but dislike attitude. The owners are also extremely dog friendly, so they welcome your pooch anytime you come shopping.
On Sunday September 12th 2009, we attended the Dog Daze at the Bay in Broomfield. It was so much fun seeing all the RMLR Alumni that came to visit and to see every dog enjoying a good swim! It was a little chilly, but the pups didn't mind one bit!

On Sunday May 17th 2009, we hosted our 2nd annual RMLR Rescue Run 5K - It was incredible! Thank you everyone for their support! For more pictures and race results - CLICK HERE

On Saturday April 25 2009 RMLR had a booth at the finish line of the Canine Classic. It was a great event and a lot of people turned out despite the cold rainy weather!

On April 9th 2009 RMLR was invited to attend Bow Wow Buddies' Project RUFFway in Denver, CO. We brought a long (one of our favorite pups) Trance. The event raised money for Bow Wow Buddies, a Boulder based foundation that helps sick and neglected dogs. The dogs walked the cat walk (no felines present!) with their models. As a result of the event Trance was adopted!

On Saturday January 10, 2009 a few RMLR Volunteers helped out at the Oatmeal Festival in Lafayette, CO. We had Minty, our precious 3-legged girl there. Here are a couple pictures of her enjoying the event.

On Saturday October 18, 2008 we hosted a wine tasting along with the Golden Retriever Freedom Rescue. It was a lot of fun. We hope everyone had a great time, raised some money for the dogs, learned about wine and made some new friends! Thanks to everyone that came out.

Howl-o-ween Parade in Louisville, CO October 25, 2008 Thanks to everyone who showed up! It was a great time and we (hopefully) gained some great foster parents and people who want to help us out!

Thanks to all our volunteers to helped make the SkirtChaser 5K a great event! Here are some pictures of us working hard and enjoying ourselves at the event!

One great thing about adopting a rescue dog is the sense of community that is developed through the rescuing of these sweet animals! There are transport coordinators that love to see happy pictures of the pup they pulled out of a dismal shelter on their last day - and foster parents that like to keep up to date with puppies they've fostered as they grow up! So we encourage you and your new pup to send us updates about your newest addition and we'll post them on our SUCCESS STORIES page!
The world wide-web provides us with these fantastic tools to keep in touch and grow as a Rocky Mountain Lab Rescue Forever Family! So use the following tools to keep up to date with events happening with RMLR and send us updates in return!
